Quotes, fuel supply, oil collection service, and Recovery Point access are subject to confirmation by us and to separate written agreements or terms. We try to keep the website accurate and current, but it may contain errors or omissions, and we do not promise that it is complete or up to date.

4. Product Information

Information about biodiesel, blends, equipment compatibility, and fuel performance on this website is general in nature. It is not technical, engineering, legal, or tax advice.

You are responsible for confirming that a fuel or blend is suitable for your equipment, operating conditions, and storage, including by reviewing your equipment manufacturer's guidance and warranty terms. Product specifications, documentation, and terms provided with an actual sale govern that sale.

5. Recovery Point

The Recovery Point is available only to partners who have registered with and been approved by Pines Solutions. Nothing on this website grants access to the site. Use of the Recovery Point is subject to partner registration terms, posted site rules, and instructions provided by Pines Solutions.

Registered partners are responsible for:

• Delivering only accepted materials, as described by Pines Solutions
• Using the equipment safely and according to posted instructions
• Keeping access details confidential and not sharing them with others
• Reporting any spill, damage, or equipment problem promptly
• The safe operation of their own vehicles and containers while on site

We may suspend or end access to the Recovery Point at any time, including for misuse, delivery of prohibited materials, or violation of site rules.

6. Your Submissions

When you submit information through our contact form or otherwise contact us, you agree that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information through the website.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a customer, supplier, or partner relationship, and it does not obligate us to provide any product or service. If you send us ideas, feedback, or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
